Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Returns

We hope you love your OUDE pieces. If for any reason they aren't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at contact@oudelife.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us at contact@oudelife.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a few photographs of the item, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
